+ Overview

Based on the next generation Intel® microarchitecture, Jasper Forest series processors are ideal for high performance in bandwidth-intensive applications including communications and storage. It maintains Nehalem’s world-class performance while dropping power consumption and integrating new features needed by embedded, communications and storage applications.

Jasper Forest will provide increased performance per watt, real estate savings, scalability and new features important to the embedded, communications and storage market segments. This new groundbreaking processor series will be available in the first quarter of 2010.
