Notes:

  1. The processor supports commercial ambient temperature range, and memory devices should operate in the same condition.
  2. For other sensor temperature specification, refer to the note mentioned in Processor Line Thermal and Power Specifications under Thermal Management in the Intel® Core™ Ultra 200H and 200U Series Processors Datasheet Volume 1 of 2 (RDC Document #842704)
  3. The T_sensor used to define U-Processor Base Power (TDP) is 100°C. Operating the part at T_sensor max (105°C) is feasible but may result in slightly higher power than TDP.

  4. The processor sensor temperature is monitored by Digital Temperature Sensors (DTS). For DTS accuracy, refer to Digital Thermal Sensor under Intel® Core™ Ultra 200H and 200U Series Processors Datasheet Volume 1 of 2 (RDC Document #842704).
  5. DTR is the range of T_sensor covering from T_sensor min to T_sensor max and/or T_sensor max to T_sensor min. No re-boot required for any boot temperature within the T_sensor limit range.
