Cannot Open Camera App on Multiple VM at the Same Time

This issue could be due to user is connecting the cameras to 1 USB hub, or camera is configured to have high resolution display, and open multiple VM with camera application at the same time. The recommended solutions are:

  • Connect only 1 camera per USB hub on IDV host.
  • If connecting multiple cameras per USB hub is needed, camera resolution needs to be reduced in order to open the camera app on multiple VM at the same time.
