Failed to Run setup_vm_gui_config.windows.bat in Windows IDV Server

This issue could be due to failure of installations of packages required in MSYS2 terminal. Example issue snapshot:

To verify, follow the following steps:

• Check if “C:\msys64\mingw64\lib\” or “C:\msys64\mingw64\bin\” is empty.
• Check “C:\msys64\home\idvserver\msys2_​initialization.log” and “C:\msys64\home\idvserver\vm_​gui_​setup.log” for more details.

The recommended solution:

• Rerun setup_​vm_​gui_​config.windows.bat as administrator.
