Script to run after having Internet access

1. If proxy is required, go to Settings > Network & internet > Proxy. Under Manual proxy setup, next to Use a proxy server, select Set up. Turn on Use a proxy server and add in proxy details.
Note:Check if Internet access is available before proceeding to step 2 below.
2. Run setup_​vm_​gui_​config.windows.bat in Desktop as Administrator. During the run, pop-ups will be shown for Nmap and MSYS2 installations. Except for the parts mentioned below, follow the instructions provided in these pop-ups to complete the installation.
   1. Make sure Nmap is installed at “C:\Program Files (x86)\Nmap”

   

   2. For Nmap, untick the Start Menu Folder and Desktop Icon.

   

   3. Make sure MSYS2 is installed at “C:\msys64”

   

   4. For MSYS2 Setup, untick the Run MSYS2 now. option



3. Check for the presence of idv-vm-configurator-app.exe at Desktop to confirm that the idv-vm-configurator-app.exe build process has completed successfully after the script has finished running.
