Multiple OOB processes

The PCH typically has multiple technology (Intel ^®CSME, PMC, ISH, etc.). From an eSPI perspective, these are all classified as Out-of-Band (OOB) processes (as distinct from the Host ). Since any of these OOB processes may need to communicate with the embedded controller on the platform (example, EC/BMC), the eSPI controller implements dedicated OOB channel for each OOB processes including PMC and Intel^® CSME to improve the interface performance and potentially enable new usage models.
