Behavior is undefined if a value is written in the field and the corresponding supported size bit is not Set in the PFResizable BAR Capability or PF Resizable BAR control registers.
When this register field is programmed, the value is immediately reflected in the size of the resource, as encoded in the number of read-only bits in the PF BAR.
