Thermal Reporting to EC

To support a platform EC that is managing the system thermals, the processor provides the ability for the EC to read the processor temperature over eSPI. If enabled, Power Management will drive the temperature directly to the eSPI units.

The EC will issue eSPI OOB channel request and receives a single byte of data.

The EC must be connected to eSPI for thermal reporting support.
