IDV Guest (Ubuntu)

1. On the IDV Guest VM, launch terminal, copy the veyon key file from Build Server with the following command:

sudo scp sysadmin@<build_server_ip>:/home/sysadmin/idvserver_veyon.key idvserver_veyon.pem
2. Go to Authentication Keys, click the Import key, and browse the key file you copied from Step 1.



3. Enter the name as teacher.



4. Go to the Locations & Computers tab, click the Plus icon on the Location section and create the location name classroom.



5. Return to the General tab, select the Authentication method to Key file authentication and hit Apply. It will ask for a service restart, allow that and your Veyon is properly configured.
