PXE Boot Setup in BIOS

  1. Once boot into BIOS, navigate to the Advanced tab and enter the Add-in Config selection.

  3. You will see the NIC configuration. Navigate into the IPv4 network configuration.
  4. Note:For MTL host, this can be ignored.

  5. Enable the Configured field and Enable DHCP will appear. Check the Enable DHCP field as well.

  7. Next, navigate to the Boot section and enter the Boot Priority page.

  9. It is optional to set the Boot Option to PXE boot.
  10. Lastly, change the Network Boot field located at the bottom of the page to UEFI PXE & iSCSI.

  12. Save the configuration and the system is ready to boot through PXE.
  13. Upon booting, it will prioritize PXE Boot, or you could manually get into PXE Boot by pressing F12 during boot.
