Pad Configuration DW1 (PAD_CFG_DW1_vGPIO_TS0) – Offset cf4
Refer to Register Field for detail
| Bit Range | Default | Access | Field Name and Description |
| 31:14 | 0h | RO | Reserved |
| 13:10 | 0h | RW | Termination (TERM) The Pad Termination state defines the different weak pull-up and pull-down settings that are supported by the buffer. The settings of this field is applicable in all Pad Mode including GPIO. As each Pad Mode may require different termination and isolation, care must be taken in SW/FW in the transition with appropriate register programming. The actual transition sequence requirement may vary on case by case basis depending on the native functions involved. For example, before changing the pad from output to input direction, wpu/wpd settings should be programmed first to ensure the input does not float momentarily.
The recommended settings are [3:0]: 0 000: Disable 0 010: 5K pull-down (Min: 3.5K; Norminal: 5K; Max: 6.5K) 0 100: 20k pull-down (Min: 14K; Norminal: 20K; Max: 26K) 1 001: 1k pull-up (Min: 0.7K; Norminal: 1K; Max: 1.34K) 1 010: 5k pull-up (Min: 3.5K; Norminal: 5K; Max: 6.52K) 1 100: 20k pull-up (Min: 14K; Norminal: 20K; Max: 26K) 1 111: Native controller selected by Pad Mode controls the Termination. This field should be set to 1111b for the selected native function that supports dynamic termination override. Refer to Vol1, GPIO chapter, for more info. Others: reserved |
