Intel® Core™ Series 3 supports:

  • E-DVFSC:mode intended to reduce the LPDDR5x RAM energy consumption. When E- DVFSC is enabled the memory Processor PHY interface shall operate with VDD2L 0.9 V rail at speed equal and below 3200 MT/s and switch to VDDH 1.065 V rail in speed above 3200 MT/s.
