In-Band Link Reset

In case the eSPI link may end up in an undefined state (for example when a CRC error is received from the target in a response to a Set_​Configuration command), the PCH issues an In-Band Reset command that resets the eSPI link to the default configuration. This allows the controller to re-initialize the link and reconfigure the target.
